The owner and creator of the IDLH Tactical Worksheet® is Andy Powell. As a line District Chief Incident Command is not only my job but my passion. The IDLH Tactical Worksheet® was developed after many years teaching Incident Command. It was soon recognized that the fire service and individuals were all over the board on how to keep accountability in the IDLH environment. After many years and thousands of scenarios in the CTC the IDLH Tactical Worksheet was developed. Based on your feedback the IDLH Tactical Worksheet is continually being updated to ensure your department is able to keep accurate accountability in the IDLH environment.
