Know who handles your subscription
Apple manages individual subscriptions purchased in the App Store. Stripe processes department subscriptions purchased from IDLH Technology. The price, billing interval, tax, and trial details shown at the point of purchase are the final terms for that transaction.
1. Subscription plans
An active subscription provides access to the app features included in the plan shown at purchase. Access is licensed, not sold. These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Apple’s applicable terms, and any signed department agreement or order.
Individual Command Access
Purchased and managed through Apple. Monthly or annual options may be offered, and Apple displays the authoritative customer price and renewal date before purchase. It does not require an IDLH department account and works on compatible devices associated with the same Apple Account, subject to Apple’s terms and platform behavior.
Department Command Access
Licensed per command-iPad seat and billed through Stripe. The standard price is $24.99 per seat per month or $274.89 per seat per year, beginning with one seat, unless a signed order states otherwise. There is no five-iPad bundle or commercial seat cap.
2. Individual Apple subscriptions
Apple displays the price, currency, taxes if applicable, billing period, any trial or introductory offer, and renewal date before you confirm a purchase. Because App Store prices may vary by country, currency, tax, and configuration, the amount displayed by Apple at purchase is controlling.
Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account and manages payment updates, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests. IDLH Technology does not receive your full payment-card number and cannot directly change or cancel an Apple subscription.
3. Department subscriptions
Department plans are purchased for an identified organization and administered by an authorized department representative. The checkout page or signed order will show the number of seats, billing interval, subtotal, applicable taxes, total due, and renewal terms before purchase.
Stripe securely processes the department’s payment method. IDLH Technology may receive transaction status, billing contact information, subscription identifiers, seat quantity, and limited payment details such as card type and last four digits, but not the full payment-card number.
The verified Stripe subscription-item quantity determines the licensed seat count. If a signed order, procurement agreement, or department contract states different pricing or billing terms, that signed document controls for that department.
4. Trials and introductory offers
A seven-day trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers. A trial is available only when it appears at the point of purchase. Apple determines individual introductory-offer eligibility, and each person is eligible for only one introductory offer in the IDLH Tactical Worksheet subscription group. IDLH Technology may limit department trials to one per organization and reject duplicate or abusive trial attempts.
A payment method is required before a department Stripe trial begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan shown at checkout and the payment method is charged that price plus applicable tax. For an Apple trial, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple or Stripe may authorize the payment method as part of trial enrollment.
Removing the app, not using it, or deleting local data does not by itself cancel a trial or subscription.
5. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval unless canceled before the renewal time shown by Apple, Stripe, or a controlling order. Monthly plans renew monthly, and annual plans renew annually. The applicable platform charges the then-current disclosed renewal price plus applicable taxes. Price changes are communicated and handled through the billing provider’s process and applicable law.
Cancel an individual subscription
Cancel through Apple subscription settings. Your access generally continues until the end of the already-paid period, as determined by Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Cancel a department subscription
An authorized department administrator may use a Stripe-hosted billing link provided for the department, when enabled, or email support@idlhtechnology.com. Online cancellation does not require a telephone conversation. A cancellation stops future renewal after the current paid term unless the order or applicable law states otherwise.
Do not alter incident operations
Subscription, billing, or connectivity problems must not interrupt an incident already in progress or change active-incident accountability, command, radio, dispatch, PAR/CAN, MAYDAY, or other approved life-safety procedures. Existing records remain reviewable and exportable. After the incident ends and any applicable grace period expires, the app may require restored access before another operational incident can begin.
6. Department seats and plan changes
Each department seat is for an authorized command iPad as defined by the department’s order and administration process. The department is responsible for assigning seats only to authorized devices and personnel, promptly removing access that is no longer authorized, and not assigning more active command iPads than the verified purchased quantity.
When seat quantity or plan changes are available, the price, effective date, credit, and proration—if any—will be displayed by Stripe or documented in an order before the change is confirmed. We do not promise a credit or a particular proration calculation unless it is shown at that time.
7. Refunds, taxes, and failed payments
Apple purchases
Apple controls eligibility and decisions for refunds of App Store purchases. Submit an individual refund request through Apple’s process.
Department purchases
Department refund requests are reviewed under the applicable order, purchase terms, and law. Any nonrefundable treatment or special cancellation right will be disclosed at the point of sale or in a signed order before purchase.
Taxes are charged when required and shown by Apple, Stripe, or the applicable order. If a payment fails, the platform may retry the payment or request an updated payment method. IDLH Technology may restrict future subscription access after reasonable notice, but billing status does not replace or modify the organization’s active-incident procedures.
8. Version 1.0 scope
The version 1.0 subscription covers the features identified in the App Store listing, checkout page, or department order. Unless expressly included there, it does not include wearable integrations, CAD or PulsePoint integrations, cloud collaboration, AI-generated reports, or cloud incident-record storage. Future features, services, or hardware may require a different plan or separate purchase.
