Not an emergency channel
Do not use IDLH Technology support for an active incident, MAYDAY, emergency communication, dispatch, or personnel accountability. Use your agency’s approved radio procedures, dispatch center, chain of command, and established life-safety systems.
Contact support
Email support@idlhtechnology.com for technical help, department access, subscription questions, privacy requests, or account deletion. We review requests during normal business operations; support email is not monitored as an emergency service.
Individual Apple subscriptions
Apple manages App Store purchases, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, billing history, and refund decisions for individual subscriptions. IDLH Technology cannot directly change an Apple subscription or issue an Apple refund.
- Open your Apple subscription settings using the link below.
- Select IDLH Tactical Worksheet to view or change the subscription.
- For an Apple billing or refund issue, follow Apple’s support process.
Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple if you do not want the subscription to renew.
Department subscriptions and access
Department plans are managed by an authorized department administrator. For seat assignments, installation access, billing questions, or a change to department ownership, have the authorized administrator email support from their work address.
Department billing is handled through Stripe. When a Stripe-hosted billing link is available for your organization, IDLH Technology will provide it directly to the verified administrator. We do not publish a generic billing-portal link because it would not securely identify the correct organization.
Operational continuity
A billing or connectivity issue should never change your department’s active-incident procedures. Continue using approved accountability, radio, dispatch, PAR/CAN, and command practices. Resolve subscription or access issues away from active incident operations.
Local data and exports
IDLH Tactical Worksheet version 1.0 is designed as an offline-first operational tool. Incident names, timestamps, notes, checklists, staffing or personnel information, drawings, screen and audio recordings, and generated reports remain on the iPad unless an authorized user intentionally exports or shares them.
- Back up or export records your organization is required to retain before deleting the app, resetting the device, or transferring the iPad.
- Use only organization-approved methods to store, share, or transmit incident records.
- Deleting a department account does not remotely erase local records on each iPad.
- IDLH Technology cannot recover local records that were never exported or backed up.
Before you email
To help us investigate safely, include the app version, iPad model, iPadOS version, whether you use an individual or department subscription, a short description of the issue, and the steps that produced it.
Do not email passwords, payment-card details, active incident information, protected health information, criminal-justice information, or confidential personnel records. If a screenshot is helpful, remove or obscure sensitive operational and personal data first.
